The compression is firm but not suffocating, and the short style stays put even when I'm moving around all day. I've been wearing it daily since my surgery and it’s made such a difference in how supported I feel—versatile enough that I forget it's on.

Used it as a daily short after my C-section and it holds everything in place without rolling down. The powernet fabric breathes well, though I wish the waistband had a bit more compression for the first few weeks. Still, it’s comfortable enough to wear under jeans all day.

The waistband sits well and the fabric feels sturdy, but the leg openings roll up a bit when I move around a lot. It’s fine for lounging after my C-section, though I wouldn’t wear it under fitted pants all day.
