Natalie D. ★★★★★

The curve hugs my midsection perfectly and it’s firm enough that I actually feel my abs engaging during sit-ups. Works great alongside my usual compression routine, and it doesn’t slide around at all once I get it positioned right.

Daniel ★★★★★

First session I used it with my faja and the anatomical curve held my waist perfectly still during crunches—no sliding around like with flat boards. It's rigid enough to feel real support but the contour makes it comfortable enough to wear for a full 20-minute routine.

John ★★★★★

The curve sits flush against my waist and adds just the right compression without digging in. Works great paired with my faja for extra back support during workouts, and it doesn’t shift around when I move. Solid buy for the price.
