The pockets hold the prosthetics securely without shifting during the day, which was my biggest worry. It's also cut low enough under the arms that I forget I'm wearing it after a few hours, even with the adjustable front closure. Glad I ordered one size up for comfort.

The fabric is soft and breathable enough for all-day wear, and the front closure makes getting dressed so much easier after surgery. I’ve worn it daily for two weeks and the fit stays secure without digging into my shoulders.
